Taps Fish House & Brewery, a popular restaurant and brewery chain, has announced they have lured West Coast Ventures and Resources CEO/Managing Partner Randy Teffeteller to lead the turnaround and reorganization efforts of the TAPS Fish House brands. Randy Teffeteller, a hospitality veteran with over 25 years of experience, has his work cut out for him.Â
The move comes as Taps Fish House & Brewery is in need of leadership. TAPS Founders would like to expand their operations in the future but understand they need a foundation. Joe Manzella and Michele Manzella, sibling founders, stated Teffeteller would be responsible for overseeing the company's development and reorganization while helping to develop new strategies for growth.

Teffeteller brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Taps Fish House & Brewery. He has held leadership positions at several well-known hospitality companies, including Bistro 201, DIVA, Topaz Cafe, Newport Fish Company, BB Kings, and Juice Stop, to name a few.

Taps Fish House & Brewery currently operates three restaurant locations in Southern California, a production brewery in Irvine, California, and the Legendary Catch Restaurant at the Anaheim Stadium. The owners have retained West Coast Ventures, Randy Teffeteller to stablize operations, bring the companies operations into the 21st century while developing plans for future expansion throughout the US.
