Taphouse Kitchen, a popular Arizona restaurant chain known for its craft beer and elevated American pub fare for over ten years, has been acquired our of Bankruptcy by West Coast Ventures and Resources Inc. "We are excited to announce its reopening in Scottsdale, Arizona, with new opportunities for its previous management" says CEO and Managing Partner, Randy Teffeteller.
Randy Teffeteller further announced that the previous management Director of Operations, Jessica Hedglin, and Chef Victor Delgado have been rehired and given a once in a lifetime partnership participation in the Scottsdale restaurant set to reopen June 20, 2023.
After COVID, a local native and partner in TAPS Fish House and Tableside Partners Inc. Joe Manzella, filed for bankruptcy, forcing the immediate cease to the investment partnership, closure and liquidation of the Tableside portfolio of restaurants, including the two Taphouse Arizona locations.
During the bankruptcy liquidation, the prior Director of Operations, Jessica Hedglin, and Chef Victor Delgado reached out to the CEO/Managing Partner of Tableside, Randy Teffeteller from Southern California, asking if he had any interest in re-acquiring the Arizona restaurants out of bankruptcy, and reopening with Mrs. Hedglin and Chef Victor Delgado continuing to operate them.
Mr. Teffeteller first finalized the sale of Phoenix land and restaurant to a local Mexican Restaurant group, with escrow closing on May 1, 2024. He then turned his focus on Mrs. Hedglin's request and decided to not only repurchase the Scottsdale location but gave Mrs. Hedglin and Chef Delgado offers to become operating partners along with the new investors to re-open to the great Scottsdale community.

Taphouse Kitchen is located in the heart of Scottsdale at the Hilton Village. The restaurant has a reputation for providing its customers with great craft beers and ciders stemming from partnerships with Mason Ale Works, Beer Zombie, Ale Smith, and local craft breweries.
The restaurant provides creative bourbon, craft beer, wine dinners, and the best Americana pub food around. The menu is well known by locals for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, salads, sushi, as well as the local favorite signature fish-n-chips, lamb pops, smoked prime rib, and more.
